Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the tourism and hospitality industries by improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and personalized services. This paper explores AI applications such as chatbots, smart reservations, and automated customer support in hotels and travel agencies. It also discusses the challenges and ethical implications of AI in tourism.
